Andrey Kolodyuk is Founder and Managing Partner at AVentures

Andrey Kolodyuk is a serial entrepreneur and venture capital investor. He started his entrepreneurial career in New York. In 1994, he founded an IT investment firm, which financed its first project, Unitrade. In 2001, he reorganized Ukrinvestcom into a venture capital firm, AVentures. Nowadays Andrey Kolodyuk has founded, invested into and developed over 10 companies in IT, telecom, internet and media. From 2001 to 2005, Andrey Kolodyuk was Chair of the Telecom Committee of the American Chamber of Commerce in Ukraine.

AVentures invested in 6 companies for the last years, such as Petcube, Augmented Pixels, nuPSYS, VoX, CheckiO, StarWind Software. VC fund coinvests with ABRT, Almaz Capital, Torben Majaard (founder of Ciclum), Vegas fund, TA Venture and other investors.

In 2008 Andrey was elected to the international program of the World Economic Forum Young Global Leaders of Ukraine. Total of Ukraine in the program has been selected 3 people since 2005.

Also Andrey is founder and CEO in Divan.TV– the first OTT TV service provider, established in 2009 to provide its services to Russian-speaking community worldwide (300M people), including Ukraine and Russia.

Since November, 2014 Andrey is a Chairman of UVCA (Ukrainian Venture Capital and Private Equity Association)
